Privacy Notice
This notice explains how CFO Flows LLC handles personal information in connection with the CFO Flows website and the Accrual Desk app for Jira Service Management.
Information I process
Accrual Desk may process the Jira account identifier and display name of a finance user or service owner, the Jira project and service-request identifiers needed to link an accrual, and the business information entered for an accrual such as supplier, description, cutoff date, currency, suggested amount, owner responses, explanations, evidence references and audit history.
If you contact me, I also receive the contact details and message contents that you choose to send to support@in.cfoflows.com.
Why I use it
I use this information to provide, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Accrual Desk test service; link an accrual to the correct Jira service request; record owner responses and revisions; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
For the service, my legal bases are generally performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. I do not use the app data for advertising or sell it.
Service providers and transfers
The app runs on Atlassian Forge and uses Jira Service Management. Support email is handled through Resend, and this notice may be hosted using Cloudflare Pages. These providers process information only to provide their services to me. Their infrastructure may process data in the United States or other countries described in their own privacy and data-processing documentation.
Retention
I retain app records only while they are needed for the test service, support, security and legal recordkeeping. Resend retains email and log data for 30 days on its standard plans. I may retain a support request or business record longer where necessary to resolve it or meet a legal obligation.
Security
I use access controls, provider security features and least-privilege app permissions appropriate to this early service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and questions
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or to object to particular processing. Contact me at support@in.cfoflows.com and include enough information for me to understand your request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
I may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
